"The property is old and needs to be updated. The rooms were clean but the furniture, rugs and bathroom were very dated. Several bulbs were out in the bathroom and the bathroom fan was very noisy. The rugs in the hallway was ripped and covered in duck tape. The elevator was old and temperamental. ..."
