"This was the most disgusting place I’ve stayed ever. Do not recommend. The main door to the building would not close properly so was left unlocked. The whole apartment was dirty! There were two threadbare towels for bathing and no hand towels. The sheet on the bed looked like a mattress cover only. The kitchen was covered in grease. "Location was amazing! Staff very welcoming and friendly and the free travel pass and discounts on attractions was awesome! So easy to hop on the tram and head to Old Town Basel! The room was IMMACULATE! Beds were a bit close together but they were incredibly comfortable; the mattress, pillows and covers were so luxurious feeling. Again everything was so clean. Really enjoyed our visit and stay here again!"
