Hotel très bien situé, mais personne parle l'Anglais ! d où des difficultés à se faire comprendre malgré toute leur bonne volonté ! Excellent buffet , quelques signes d'usures pour cet hotel 4 * manifestement ancien mais prisé par les nombreux locaux qui le fréquentent: mariages, réception etc excellent rapport qualité/prix-occupé pour une mission de travail avec un collègue du15 au 20 mars 2019

Pros: The front desk clerks knew enough English that checking-in was not a problem. The hotel was reasonably clean (especially for its price-point). The location is excellent for tourists (within walking distance of both the Garden and Kite Museums). Cons: I am unsure if any of the rooms are actually non-smoking (suggest confirming with hotel before booking). The furniture is old. The hotel was unable to exchange currency.

The hotel is very convenient to shopping and sightseeing in the area. There was very limited english speaking services at the front desk, which caused several in our group with delays in checking in/out.
