"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — it’s just a short walk from Lucerne train station and very convenient for getting to the Old Town and exploring the city. The breakfast was also very good and exactly the kind of breakfast I enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was great. One thing to be aware of: one side of the hotel is directly next to the train tracks, so if you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend requesting a room on the other side of the hotel. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay, especially because of the great location and service."

"The staff were very helpful and kind. The wait staff at the restaurants were wonderful. The employees go out of their way to ensure the guests are happy and satisfied. The room and the view of Lake Luzern was great. The hotel grounds are currently under construction for upgrades."

"Charming. Love the proximity to the lake. The pool is wonderful. Food is very good. Staff very friendly and hard-working. If the weather is very hot opt for a lower floor. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was very hot and some of the windows did not open. We are hearty and made it work with a fan and cold swim before bed but it was not ideal. The view is fairy-tale-like. Would go back and get a lower floor with balcony"
