"We absolutely loved our stay at the Sheraton Tokoriki. We were blessed to meet Sera at the front desk who welcomed us like family with her smile and warm greetings. The greeting and check in were an A+!!! Coming off the boat and walking up to the property, they gave us a shell lei greeting while singing a Fijian welcome song. It really made the welcome memorable and we felt like we were home from the minute we got there. Because we bought the full meal plan, upon arrival we were able to quickly sit down and have lunch at the open air restaurant overlooking the beach. The menu was expansive and there is an option of eating at the Indian restaurant as well. We absolutely recommend getting the meal plan as there is no other place to eat on the island and it gives you options without having to worry about the prices. Our room was #130, an oceanfront room that was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfy and the furniture and decoration was very nice. The room was a bit far from the center of the hotel and the walk was a bit far but overall it was great. The property is amazing and the beach and snorkeling is out of this world. There isn't great snorkeling on the shore but if you swim out or are taken out by the staff to the reef's edge, the snorkeling is some of the best I've ever seen in the world. "Great location overlooking the beach. Lounge by the water on hammocks, best snorkeling have ever experienced. Wonderful friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Naqailia lodge. Simple, friendly and amazing location. "

"This lodge is not up front about letting you know there is a hefty mandatory per day food charge. I booked through Expedia expecting just lodging but found out after booking my room and the ferry to take me there that there is a non negotiable $20 tender fee and $80.00 op per night food charge. There is nothing on the Expedia site about this and Expedia was not helpful. Unfortunately I booked 2 days prior to arrival and had a non refundable return ticket via the ferry so could not change. There is limited power, no eSIM data and no wifi so I had to keep the booking. Like other island resorts they really need to state up front, before you book, the full cost of staying there. This is an all inclusive not just a room booking as you are lead to believe in Expedia. Expedia is aware an to date has not updated their site. Just be aware the cost is a lot more than advertised. "

"Staff were the most attentive and friendliest group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure to be served by in a resort setting. Spa therapists were excellent and accommodating to my physical limitations. Brought the massages to our room rather than me having to walk to the spa. Grounds were meticulously groomed daily. Food was excellent in presentation, quality, and variety. This resort paid more attention to small details than any place we’ve stayed before."

"Mai sunset is the perfect resort for people wanting a quiet stay, where you feel like family. The daily snorkelling trips (which are included) are not to be missed! The coral around the island is especially colourful and can see incredible fish at different times. It's definitely the most alive coral reefs we've ever seen in Fiji. We also went on a manta ray trip, and although we weren't lucky enough to see rays - we had an amazing experience. The ladder on the boat might need to be replaced soon though! The rooms are a perfect size, the outdoor shower is divine and the rooms have a small fridge too. Every staff member we met made us feel like part of the family and we spent so much time chatting with staff and other guests. We were one of 5 or 7 people on the resort during our stay and it never felt too busy. We can't wait to return! Thank you Liddi, Paul, Elinoa, Male, Saku, Jay, Ami, Api, Venni, Rusi, John and all the wonderful staff that make Mai sunset the best destination in the Yasawa islands. "
