While the room facilities and cleanliness were great, the breakfast at the 5th-floor terrace restaurant was truly the highlight of my stay. "We checked in but only stayed 40 minutes. Everything was bad, but the cleanliness of the bed and the incredibly poor state of the bathroom made the room uninhabitable. Do these places ever get inspected by Expedia? I understand that I probably paid a 'no refund' rate in advance, but is that enforceable in these circumstances? I would not even give it one star. AH"
