The hotel is good, it’s let down by reception staff who either struggle to understand or just don’t want to help guests. I had one bad experience trying to get a room key replaced. And heard other guests had multiple problems.

We had a fine stay, but this is definitely not a 5-star hotel. Rooftop was beautiful and breakfast was delicious, however our room had frosted glass so we couldn't see outside and the finishes were very cheap.

One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management ...
