"Property gave a better impression inside than outside. Outside could use an upgrade. Front office staff were really nice in particular the gentleman that just started there. Not sure of the hotel policy on cleaning but our room was only cleaned the first night. Coffee station was never refilled. Kleenex was taken out of garbage can and left on desk. Don’t get that. Breakfast was far better upgrade than the crap served at the Comfort Inn in Columbus Ohio."
