"The place is family operated and was an absolute joy to stay at. The staff, especially Paul, is super friendly and helps you resolve anything you need in a manner of minutes. It’s in a perfect location, between Beirut and Jbeil/Jounieh, and felt incredibly safe. I recommend this place for anyone visiting from outside of Lebanon; it’s very easy to get taxis and Ubers from the location and is accessible to restaurants, grocery stores, and malls."

"Was a wonderful stay! Loved the poolside barbecue!"
"A few minutes after I booked the reservation, I get a direct message from the hotel through the app saying unfortunately we can’t host you due to unforeseen circumstances. They asked me to cancel the reservation from my end which involves a long and tedious process. The intermediary app kept calling the hotel asking them to confirm that they are indeed asking me to cancel, and they denied it. They wasted a few hours of my life trying to get this refund and kept saying they didn’t email me asking me to cancel, when in fact they did and I have the proof in my inbox. Very disappointed with this treatment"
