"The room itself was clean, spacious, and in a great location. We genuinely enjoyed the stay overall and the kids still had fun. However, the toilet in our room was not working from the time we arrived. We reported it and were told it had been fixed, but it still did not work. We were then told maintenance would come, but no one ever resolved the issue during our stay. Because of this, our family had to go from the 5th floor down to the 1st floor every time we needed to use the restroom. While we made the best of it for the kids, it was still a significant inconvenience and not what we expected from our stay."

"I was running late and they cancelled my stay even though I was booked for several days. They didnt charge me and told me to rebook but they were no longer coming up under Hotels.com. My experience with Hotels.com was even worse. I needed to adk for refund . Kept getting ai bot that kept hanging up on me because it said my credit card didn't match, which it was correct. Finally after several exhausting attempts to talk to live person and many searches on right number, I spoke to someone. They informed me they had to email property and wait for response. Istill have not received my refund and if it is not done today I will be doing 1 star reviews on Hotel.com on every platform I can. The whole experience was nightmare. ☆After two weeks of hassle and disputes hotels.com has not returned my payment. This is not right as the hotel did not charge me . This is right out robery "
