"Good place to stay but a little bit faraday from the city centre. After get use to use the public transport, it’s ok. Staff has limited English, safe area. "

"I picked it because of the hidden location which it truly was. They have a shuttle boat to Icon which was convenient. If you’re looking for a quiet boutique experience away from “the action”, this is a great choice. "

"Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s the cleanest and has great amenities; I loved my four-day stay at this hotel. It’s also close to most of the tourist attractions—10-minute drive to Iconsiam Mall, 15 minutes to Asiatique—and you can easily access Tuk-Tuk, bike, or train. They offer complimentary shuttle services to Chinatown, though I didn’t know about this until my last day—I wish the front desk had mentioned it when I checked in. Additionally, they give you eight tokens to use for a foot massage or to get items from the hotel. I will definitely be back. I loved my room on the 27th floor. "
"I enjoy the quietness and the gorgeous view from the roof top to the view of the river from my room. Rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet is great, the shopping center connected to the hotel is convenient, and the staffing is kind. "
"The buffet breakfast was great with many options and freshly baked pastries. I would not recommend making dinner reservations to their French restaurant. It's extremely expensive and what they serve doesn't match their prices. Not worthy it. "
"Great stay for a first time visit to Thailand. Great big room with bidet, huge breakfast selection and convenient location. Easy to cross under the bridge to make it to the water taxi on the river. Everyone's friendly and very helpful. 2 Elevators take some time but they are working on a 3rd one to open soon. Attached to a grocery store downstairs with many eating options inside and around the building. Easy for grab drivers to find and drive up to. Highly recommend this hotel!! "
"I liked the water taxi. service to the transport hub up river. The breakfast choices are amazing and food in the restaurant and bar was all we might ask for. Both rooms we stayed in were extremely comfortable and well equipped. We knew the hotel from previous visits. The only disappointemnt wa the refurbishment on the pool but a smaller area nextdoor was available."
Combining shopping, dining, sightseeing and exciting activities, this large riverside mall is also a delightful spot to learn about the culture of Thailand.
