"Better than expected. Room had refrigerator and microwave not listed in amenities. There was also a breakfast nice Continental provided. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"There were no elevators leading to the room. The room itself was disgustingly dirty and had not been cleaned in a while. The sheets were stained, had holes, and dirt on them. The toilet did not flush so we had to fill it with water in order for it to work."

"Hotel is under renovation but that was not shared when I made the reservation. I arrived at 5pm and was not given a room until after 6pm because "the cleaning crew clocked out at 3:30 without telling anyone and there were 175 guests staying that night." When I finally got into our room, the bed cover had hairs on it and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. Multiple staff members were rude and unhelpful."
