"The hotel was lovely upon entrance and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. the rooms were absolutely lovely with awesome views of the city- beds were comfortable and the space/bathrooms were all very clean!"

The only criticism I have: We asked for our final bill at check out to be split evenly 3 ways & that took an extremely long time. "

"Very friendly desk staff but be prepared to use self check-in and self checkout kiosks. Room was kind of interior with back B of building views but configuration added sound proofing from street noise. Good shower and newly refurbished room. Great location for walking Seattle. "

"The bed was super comfortable. Nice room with very nice desk, refrigerator and microwave. I like that the soap products are small useable with no waste. Only item I didn’t like was the elevator was really dirty. It could use a good cleaning. But it wasn’t a deal breaker. Staff was super friendly and efficient. "

"I enjoyed the modern facilities and location. Staff were great. New rooms that are a little smaller than other hotels, but the use of space was extremely efficient and it was a really comfortable stay. Smart devices for everything that could be controlled with my phone. No iron in the room but there was an ironing station on each floor. I felt very safe traveling alone. The area was walkable even late at night and many local attractions such as pike place market and waterfront. Close to free waterfront shuttle and public transportation. Would stay again"
