"The elevator malfunctions with people inside, trapping them for short periods of time. The rooms have dead insects smashed into the walls, dried blood on the sheets, and mold on the walls."

The shower also had a ring in the bottom to where it didn't appear clean, and the drain was backed up so water pooled around my feet. Right outside our hotel room there was a stack of old pizza boxes that was there nearly our whole stay. The stairway also smelt AWFUL. "
