"Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff though out the stay. Room very clean as was the whole hotel. Bar staff made fabulous cocktails. Breakfast extensive choice, also catered for gluten free & alternative milks available Only small issue was the swimming pool changing rooms; there was lots of hair on the floor. Also the pool staff need to pay more attention to the guests behaviours, male guest shaving at the side of the pool then using showers to rinse. Future guests need to be made aware of the restricted use of the pool due to swimming lessons. "

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived – nothing was too much trouble, and they really made us feel welcome. The price was amazing for what we got, making it excellent value for money. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the children loved having their own bunk beds. That said, the bunk bed mattresses could be a bit more comfortable – they were a little thin – but honestly, it wasn’t a deal breaker at all. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for families looking for a good-value, friendly place to stay in the area."
