"Our 3 day stay was exceptional. The staff treats everyone like family and the hotel itself is beautiful. The beach is right behind the property and swimmable. I’m not sure I’d stay anywhere else in Bermuda. "

"The staff were responsive The hotel setting was gorgeous with water views The location was very good The fitness was the one area that was well below standard. Equipment was (I.e. dumbbells) were in poor condition and missing"

"The location, grounds, and resort itself are gorgeous. Clean and well-maintained. The private beach is beautiful. The room was very clean. The restaurant was good. We were disappointed that upon check-in at 3pm, we had to wait 2 hours for our room. A lot of other guests were waiting too. Then, when we got to our room, our bags weren’t there like we were told they’d be. We also had to wait for beach towels while they were being cleaned. Overall we had a really nice experience. The resort itself is very nice. There were just a few little things that made the stay difficult and frustrating. For that reason, I don’t know that I’d want to come back. "

"A beautiful, historic boutique hotel with a charming local feel. Huckleberry restaurant is one of the very best in Bermuda. Staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. Our so-called “cozy” room was spacious and very comfortable. You feel like you’re truly experiencing Bermuda compared to the corporate feeling Princess Hotel across the street."

"Cottage was well appointed and comfortable . Front desk staff very pleasant and accommodating. Grounds were clean but pool needs some TLC as well as outside painting and maintenance of buildings. Centrally located in town and convenient for public transportation on the island."
