"The room was average yet clean. Small clean pool. However, the desk clerk charged my checking account when I had already paid hotels.com 355$ charge on top of prepay fee. Training required as I gave him the it# and said it is prepaid. Disappointed in the poor training that limited my spending money because he didn't do his job correctly. Hotels.com handled this well and my 355$ should be back in my account soon. "

"Unfortunately we was unable to enjoy the hot tub or the pool the whole weekend we had to stay in the room very nice hotel unfortunately the pool area was over taken with people playing a lot of music very loudly with profanity while we had little children having a party it’s no fault to the staff but I hope maybe one day they will have security the hot tub capacity is 6 people had about 20 people in the hot tub someone pushed my child on the slipper floor the staff was very nice and apologize for the inconvenience I would maybe try it again on a weekday"

"The cabin we stayed it was unique, but lots of walking from your car on a slanted walkway. Shared den and the room smelled heavily of smoke from the inner fireplace. Small room and tiny old bathroom. Not what we were expecting from the pictures. Received an odd email about checkin but nothing told us the building near our cabin (room) was closed and we had to drive to the big building elsewhere. Very soft bed. Windows in cabin look out to where everyone walks. Bit of an odd setup unless you have friends renting the pther rooms in the cabin. Maybe better in-season. The area is lovely so we'll be back but not to this hotel."

"This is a party hotel. Do not expect to sleep. The noise was unbearable. It escalates after 11 pm and crescendoed at 4:30 am. It sounds as though it’s in your room. Running and hollering, shouting, screeching and rough-housing all up and down the halls through the night. At about 7:00 am the room on the floor about started a repetitive banging sound, a construction of something going on above. It was a Sunday morning!!! It was beyond to have to endure that. I thought my stay could not be worse. At 8 am the housekeeper started banging at my door and shouting. Next I hear another voice calling to open the door which was latched, a male voice. Then I hear walkie-talkie Haitian accent security screeching “police!! “They tell me this room is rented. I screamed “yes to me!”“and leave me alone! He told me I didn’t have a “do not disturb” card on the door. This was the icing on the cake. Some dude is threatening to call police. A few minutes later he is quoted a different number room from his mgmt. This hotel stay was one of the worst. Do not even consider this hotel if you want any kind of organization or peaceful enjoyment. Yes it has a restaurant and bar but do not expect any kind of care or service, nevermind peaceful enjoyment. Btw, the balcony “king suite” was tiny, cramped. tired and old."
