"Was a nice stay "

"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

"Apartment very well appointed, very comfortable . Communication with the host was excellent , we had a slight problem and couldn’t get the tv to work which she soon sorted out. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it ."

"We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. "

The hot spring is excellent (even though the main indoor pool was a hotter than the super-nice temperature on previous occasions), breakfast is good, rooms are comfortable (although aircon was not working well this time and one had to sleep with open windows, it was reasonably quiet), convenient parking nearby"

"This was our second trip to the lion at Belpur, and though we couldn’t have the bigger room this time, the room we had was still adequate for what we wanted. Always good friendly staff, who are more than willing to help. The pub is located in a good area, close to shops and high street, and the mills and gardens. Fantastic time which is why we returned. "The staff are the stars in this Hotel. Every one of them was pleasant, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had on one of our frequent overnight stopovers when we make our regular trips from down South to up North. It’s our first time at this hotel but the breakfast really excels in comparison to other hotels in the locality."
