Aquecimento não funciona (fuja daqui no inverno)
O apartamento é moderno, o check-in é prático mas passamos 3 dias de muito frio no apartamento. Havia água quente mas o Aquecimento central e o aquecedor de toalhas não funcionaram nenhum dia. Entrei em contato com a empresa que administra o apto e a resposta foi que estavam entrando em contato com o responsável no prédio. Caso não resolvessem iriam mandar um aquecedor portátil. Isso não aconteceu, continuei mandando msg e só recebi agradecimento pelas mensagens enviadas. Não resolveram o problema. Tivemos uma experiência bem ruim, pois as temperaturas na cidade estavam bem baixas.
