Oppgraderte og Betalte mer penger for å få større rom på 48 kvm, istedenfor 38 kvm. Fikk rom på 28 kvm. Kunne ikke gjøre Noe med det da vi klagde, de sier at de ser kun på antall rom/ sengeplasser man bestiller, ikke hvor stort det er så skjønner ikke hvorfor hotels opererer med Støre rom når du betaler mer?

Fin beliggenhet - gåavstand til gamlebyen (hvis man liker og gå), til nærmeste shoppingsenter, flere restauranter i nærheten. Flott med restauranter og matvarehandel i 1. etg. Manglet badekåper i leiligheten som de reklamerte med, men ellers var alt som annonsert og forventet.

appartment is clean however smells to cigarettes. there is no changing of the Sheets or towels , even if you stay multiple nights. while checking in you have to pay immediatly. While asking for the invoice they say to sent a mail and aks for it, when you do you have to wait too long to get an invoice, if you are calling and asking for the invoice they say they will sent it but nothing is true. 2nd and 3rd try to get someone on the phone is insuccesfull as they simply hang up. a lot of effort to get a simple invoice which should be very obvious. still not received it. Therefore the appartment is not recommendable.

Dobra lokalizacja, niestety czystość apartamentu pozostawia wiele do życzenia, włosy na kanapie, szafki klejące się od brudu, brudne okna oraz balkon. Czystość to podstawa, całą resztę można zaakceptować.

Vi hamnade på det värsta ställe man kan tänka sig, smutsigt,smutsigt, förfall,trots att vi bokade ett deluxe boende!!!! För min del var det första och sista gången på Platinum Towers, ska aldrig rekommendera detta ställe!!!!!!!! Hur kan ni kalla det för delux??????

Très déçu

Très mauvais accueil et service de la part de E-Appartement. Le personnel du hall d'accueil qui gère plusieurs agences très désagréable. La salle de fitness indiquée sur le site existe que pour les autres résidents pas pour les clients de E-Appartement résultat moi qui avait choisi le lieu pour cela 3 jours sans muscu...A mon arrivée l'appart n'était pas chauffé, il faisait 16° à l'intérieur, il manque un fer à repasser, pas de minimum pour faire la vaisselle ou autre pas de tir bouchon bref très déçu dommage car l'appart est grand et pourrait être mieux avec un petit effort...

Accueil froid,avec un Anglais approximatif, appart

Porte d'entrée difficile a ouvrir en arrivant, bouchon lavabo cassé, fuite du tuyau de douche,cache misère sur le bas des portes de la salle de bain, crédence cuisine cassée, 3 verres pour 4 pers, parquet dans le salon fortement abimé. Le jour du départ, impossible d'ouvrir la porte, appel 2 fois de la réceptionniste qui ne comprend pas et ne se déplace pas. Arrivé du technicien qui pendant heures essaye d'ouvrir la porte( technicien très bien et gêné de ce qui nous arrive contrairement à la réceptionniste) pour finalement appeler un serrurier. 3 heures après, on passe a l'accueil et là aucune excuse, et même un comportement encore plus froid qu'à l'arrivé.

Bel appart en très bon état belle deco rien a redire mais appart pr 4 il y avait 3 chaises 3 verres... lors l arrivée aucune instruction ne nous avait été donnée en ce qui concerne le moyen de récupérer les clés alors que ce n est pas simple aller a l accueil de la bonne tour puis aller au 16 ème étage ds 1 appart ou des personnes parlant à peine anglais vous remettent des clés ss rien vous expliquer bref moyen

Lungt och bra gångavstånd till centrum

Är en lägenhet som någon äger på hotellet så fick vänta på nyckeln vid ankomst och så städades det inte och byttes inte ut några handdukar under vår vistelse (3 nätter) städa gjorde vi själva innan vi åkte hem. Men vi hade fin utsikt, nära till centrum och kan tänka oss att bo där igen.
