Avoid

Avoid. I arrived warsaw alone and called them for check in details to be told they had given my room to someone else. No email advising, still had confirmed guaranteed booking. Was left stranded in Poland alone. Thankfully, the customer service at hotels.com were very helpful and helped me find another property. I had booked that property as I was having appointments next to it. If you want to risk being stranded, by all means book!
