"Excellent location..close to shops and food"

"This is my second stay at this property. It's in a good location, close to town but far enough to give you some peace and quiet, lots of parking available. Rooms are modern, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The room I was in had a wonderful view of the ocean! Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this accommodation for your stay in Warrnambool! "

"The property doesn’t look like much on the outside but the rooms are VERY clean. They take pride in adding extras like earth friendly and natural soaps and shampoos. They have extra towels in the rooms, along with a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. They even put wine glasses in the room along with a wine opener. It’s the little straw that they do that you can tell they take pride in their rooms. Parking is a bit strained but they have a great late check in system. There is no elevator and we had an issue with someone in our group not being able to get up the stairs and even with our late check in they went above and beyond to change our room with no hesitation and friendly service. In this area it is all motels and not hotels and I highly recommend this one. "
