"Always a great place to stay in Dunedin."

"Check in is from 2pm to 6pm so I was panicking I was going to miss the cut off. Managed to make it in time, however, noticed there is a phone to ring a neighbouring motel for check in if late. This is a good location to walk into the city centre. Has parking available. My room (307) had a kitchen with hob, oven, etc. I didn't make any meals this time, however, it had plenty of pans, plates, etc. Fridge and freezer. The decor of the motel is of the older style, however, everything was clean and tidy so this does not bother me. Only negative for me is the bed was soft (I prefer a hard mattress). Had a few light switches were nothing turned on.... Would recommend and will return."

"The room and bathroom were very clean, the room tastefully furnished, the bed very comfortable. Couldn't fault the room. We liked the location of the property, an easy walk to down town but far enough out to be able to get a carpark. Especially good that the hotel is in a repurposed office building. Perhaps the hallway carpets could be cleaned."

"Enjoyed my stay here. Greeted warmly on arrival and got escorted to the room rather than just handing me keys. He offered me some tips of what to do in Queenstown that are budget friendly as well which was a nice exchange :)"

"Comfortable bed, good pressure for shower, cold bathroom floor and heater in the room required frequent attention ( auto off ) meant room was cold in the early morning"
