"Rooms had to move rooms twice before I could get one with hot water
Discoloured dirty looking sinks
Dirty curtains and drapes
Polite staff members but must pay attention to details for example you cannot move someone from a room with no hot water into another one without the same
Lack of maintenance is rapidly dropping the stars of this hotel - currently a 3 star for this reason

"I enjoyed my stay here.
My bedroom was large and comfortable.
Breakfast was very nice though I didn't try the restaurant for dinner as I was visiting friends and they preferred to take me local places.
The hotel was clean and friendly.
Would go back again if I'm staying in Warri."
