"When checking our room was “out of service”, but the staff quickly acted and found us a “comparable” room. After a short wait, we were able to check into our new room, and could not be happier and so relieved to be able to unpack in our beautiful room! "There was hair in the bathroom, the fireplace did not work. The queen bed was comfortable, the twin beds are like laying on a sheet of ply wood. The pool and jacuzzi center was cool with a sauna. I usually don't review things but I figured I'd let y'all know incase you book this stay. It was worth the money I suppose."
