"We stayed here for one night. We were very satisfied for what we paid for. If all you need is a place to sleep and shower at an affordable price this is it. Nothing super fancy, but had the essential basics. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the place even though it was an older building. The shower was hot, the air conditioner worked great, the beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was grab and go muffins, hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit. I was thankful for only a $20 pet deposit. Our room didn't stink of other animals or smoke. I would stay here again. The only negative thing I would say is the walls are thin. We heard our neighbors a lot. "
"We had requested when booking this months ago, an accessible room because one person has mobility issues. The room we were given was far from catering to the needs of diable people. If being close to the elevator is your idea of accessible, then you may need retraining.

"The virtual check in text gave us the code to get into the main door along with our room number and code for our room door. We walked into a room that had not been cleaned from the previous night. Bed dirty, not made, no clean sheets, trash in trash cans, urine in toilet, dirty towels on bathroom floor. Absolutely disgusting to walk into. Since there is no human on site and the customer service is texting back and forth until they call it took quite a while to get resolved. They ended up putting us in another room which thankfully had been cleaned. Did not comp any money for the inconvenience and fault of the house keeper I’d assume since they don’t have a supervisor or any customer service rep on site. The room was very big, mini fridge but no microwave, lake view nice, walls very thin could hear everyone in every room around. They do give you ear plugs for the “city that doesn’t sleep” but it’s not for the town it’s for the neighboring rooms. The restaurant next door had music playing we could hear while we were out on the deck but not in the room. The shower water would not stay hot. The lounge areas are very nice inside and out, inside has a few games, chess and connect four, the outside could use a fire pit but wise comfy. The artwork displayed for sale on the walls is amazing. We will not be staying at this hotel again due to the virtual customer service and check in process and the lack of customer service all around…. "

10/10 Excellent
"We had to stop on our long drive home, and we checked in very late. The gentleman at the front desk was lovely and helpful. Everything in the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had nice options and lots of seating. Great experience, especially for a last-minute booking! "
"Basic property, The room was remodeled and clean. The lobby looked like a work in progress and there was a smell in it. Overall good for an overnight road trip for a single person loking for clean quiet and no frills . "
