"Our reservation was messed up thru no fault of our own. The staff at Spark in Rahway not only fixed it and honored our reservation, but upgraded us to a suite which was roomy, clean and just fabulous at the rate I was originally promised. They didn't have to do it but they did. Customer Service is friendly and superb. I will be booking at the Spark again in the near future. "

"Receptionist who checked us in late at night was especially pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable with everything in working order. Good breakfast choices in a spacious and clean area. Parking was easy and well-lit at night. Hotel was quiet and conveniently located near lots of chain store shopping and restaurants. Not a comment on hotel per se, but I'm tired of smelling marijuana smoke everywhere these days, including getting whiffs in the hotel parking lot."
