"The room, itself, was spotless, the bed and pillows, comfortable, and the extra amenities made the overnight stay extra special. All of the staff were pleasantly courteous. We experienced such great service. We love the whole aesthetic and experience of Bedford Springs… And we will be back."

"Everything was clean in the room, but it was very hot to sleep in (the thermostat was set at 70 degrees when we walked in). We turned the heat off, thinking that would help, but then turned on the A/C and set it at 68, but it remained hot - too hot to sleep. I told the front desk and they said that the 3rd floor is hot. I will remember to request a lower floor next time. All staff are very nice, helpful, and pleasant. Breakfast is a bonus! I wish the pancake machine was working! Its my favorite breakfast item at Holiday Inn Express."
