This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed. "They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. "The best aspect of our visit was our interaction with the staff from check-in to the restaurant. Team leader Aliston is awesome and on the fast track to being manager. Don’t stay at the airport when you can get the same quality here for half the price just a short Uber from the terminal. "

"Super easy check in, secure parking garage which is locked and can only be accessed by people staying at the hotel. Incredibly clean room. Not a speck of dust in sight. Hot powerful shower and comfortable beds. We enjoyed it so much we have changed our booking from a different hotel later this week, to this hotel again. Easy access into london, even for people like us who rarely leave Devon. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to other people and look forward to checking in again tomorrow! "
