"Had a wonderful one night stay with my family ( two adults two children) the beds were very comfortable and the kids stayed sound asleep all night. The breakfast was very nice everything was hot and liked the takeaway bags incase you were in a hurry I thought that was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and gave my youngest son an activity pack at breakfast. I think for the price we paid we definitely got our money's worth and if ever in Birmingham again will definitely be coming back"

"Well impressed with all aspects of our trip. Wonderful location, very comfy room and very clean. Impressed with the cleaneness throughout the hotel, and the staff were so friendly.
