"Room was very clean. The bar and toilets, not very clean along walls and woodwork. The staff were lovely and very accomodating where they could be. Only one thing spoilt the trip. I had paid for breakfast, which it stated on Hotels.com would be served from 8am to 9.30. One of us had to be at work for 9 am, when we arrived we were told breakfast was 8.30-9.30 and they could give us a breakfast roll earlier, everything was locked up until 8.30 when he had to leave for work. This was annoying as we had specifically booked this hotel so that we could have breakfast and had paid for breakfast. Very annoying.
The food is lovely but expensive."
"I was made to feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. My room was lovely with a sea view and balcony
The garden was lovely food good
To be honest I couldn't fault anything I will definitely be going back next year"
"Have had a lovely short break staying at hotel Staff were excellent and very helpful. Food both breakfast and evening meal was hot and even happy to cook us some poached eggs for breakfast which was appreciated.
Bedroom was clean and tidy and enjoyed the air con in room.
Hotel is tired and dated and could do with a refurb but happy to stay again which will do very soon.
Thank you to all the hotel staff for making our stay enjoyable"
"Have stayed at the Hilton once before and recommend it if you’re visiting Bournemouth. Location is ideal within walking distance of shops and restaurants."
"Weather was fantastic location was great bust up just outside were able to use our bus passes and travel around for two days while the car is there in the car park safe will definitely come back again"
"Rod was a great host. The location of this B&B was excellent for our needs and I loved being among farmland. We can see and hear the sheep graze beside us. I'd stay here again if I travelled back to the area. My only challenge was that there is no air conditioning, nor did we have any fans to help us keep cool during a heat wave. It was difficult to get any sleep due to the temperature. These old houses are not built to ventilate so even if it gets cool at night, the room stayed hot."
"Some areas showed their age .
Staff where courteous and kind .
Views are wonderful but the terrace needs tidying up.
Breakfast was like a feast!
25 to 30 years ago we used to come regularly for several holidays a year.
It's an old building and needs a brush up.
They've tried to maximise money making on the terrace not all of which is easy on the eye .
However despite criticism I'm already planning a return trip ."
