"Staff were welcoming and helpful.
All meals were at the hotel next door, which was ok, but not if it was raining. Some food was expensive and not up to standard. Sandwich was 2 pieces of bread with some filling but no relish supposed to be included, just cut into 2, no salad etc £9."
"This was my 2nd stay here . Xmas & summer . Great location. Helpful friendly warm staff Air conditioning was just about ok in the room, but not outstanding . I wanted to eat by the sea view window and it was way too hot .
I have 2 little dogs, only permitted to take dogs to the garden area fenced away out of sight of the pool. It would be nice if there was an allocated space by the pool that is dog friendly . So being a line traveller , I missed out ."
"We had a lovely 2 night stay in a Deluxe Room which thankfully had air conditioning and had been renovated to a high standard. Even though there were swimming lessons in the covered pool, there was enough room for my grandson and daughter to have fun. The food, both breakfast and dinner was very good and I must compliment James in the restaurant/bar for his excellent service and professionalism. He is an asset to the Hotel. Will definitely return next year."
"Our second stay and we loved it all, apart from all the trippers who always spoil everwhere, but we hope to be back again next year.
Such sweet girls and wonderfully helpful young men, nothing too hard to do. They even recognised us from the last time and so willing to do anything to help 2 old ladies!
A lovely relaxed place even in the awful heatwave. Thank you ALL of you. Its a wonderful place and so are all of you."
"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The place was immaculate and we were lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. Absolutely stunning! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the restaurants were too. Just overall a really amazing stay and felt extremely relaxed!"
"A lovely hotel and a great location for Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. The staff are friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was thoroughly enjoyable."
