"They mentioned it was an A/C which is not available at the property. The fan was not working either, when I said I would like to change the room the host showed me room without fan. She said open the window if u need air, it was supper hot outside. Overall terrible experience. Never recommend to anyone."

"Nice hotel, with all amenities you would expect. Great service from staff, and a great check in experience, felt very welcome. Breakfast was so good, with a lot of local delicacies. Would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely hotel. "

"We were unable to lower the temp so it was far too hot for us when we couldn't get it cooler after being so over heated all day. We are Canadians so we are not accustomed to the heat and the strength of the sun here in this heat wave. The lady at the dest was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. The staff at the restaurant had us laughing and we really enjoyed being able to have such a wonderful experience right there at the hotel"
