"Our check in was awesome - Thank you Andy. Check out was another story. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. We decided to leave after the first night, since we had other obligations, we had to handle the next morning. Well, they ask for a $50.00 cash deposit. We came back only to check out. Well, the guy that evening said he had to check the room for damages. He comes back and states a washcloth is missing. I asked him why a dirty washcloth would be missing. This is the same person I spoke with to let him know I did not need room service and when we come back -the 2nd night I will pick up some fresh towels and rags. He really acted like he was going to keep my deposit for a dirty rag. "

"Check in was very slow. The man at the desk was a little hard to understand, but very nice. Our room was comfortable. The outside traffic was very noisy, and at times we could hear guests in other rooms. For the money not a bad place to stay. Breakfast had waffles, bread and bagels, and cereal."

"I've been traveling back and forth to Florida for 30 years and this is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. When I was given a room it smelled like old fish and I asked to have it moved and I was granted that request the room that I was moved to also smelled like old fish. The staff was trying to be helpful but it's obvious this is the usual problem they they gave me packets of things that smell good and I was told to put it in the air conditioner. The problem was the air conditioner did not work. There was a bloody pair of women's panties behind the bathroom door. Which I have pictures of both. This hotel is a disgrace to the Best Western chain and I would not advise anyone to stay there and any circumstances. You'd be better off sleeping in your car"
