"Place was really good for the pricing that was paid. Rooms a little dated, but not to the point where they were not clean. AC worked very well and the check-in process was excellent. Parking was convenient and safe. Perfect spot for a break from the road and a good night sleep"

"I checked into the hotel Sunday night at 2 o'clock in the morning. I rang the bell, waited a couple of minutes, about three or four minutes, nobody came, rang it again, and a girl screamed at me from the back. Finally, a guy came out. I requested having the first floor. He refused. He said since I booked through Hotel dot com , I didn't pay enough to get the first floor. Then he also told me that I couldn't get the continental breakfast, which is free at every hotel in America, except here. He told me again, because I booked through Hotels dot com, it was too cheap of a reservation, so I would have to pay extra for that. And then I only got room service three days out of five days. It's just a real crappy place. I wouldn't recommend it. There's plenty of other places to stay. You don't need to stay here. This place is awful."

"I stayed several nights while waiting on local employment. Andy the manager was very nice and very helpful. The hotel room I had was basically new and very clean. Travelodge is by for the best hotel I have stayed at in Walterboro and recommend them. "
