Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, initially issues with the room was rectify quickly and smoothly. Even provided a spare room whilst my original room was being sorted.

Club Quarters Hotel in San Francisco
I like hotels that provide free water and coffee. Easy parking at a nearby parking lot, short walk to the Embarcadero to watch the NYE fireworks. At night it was a little loud (cars and other vehicles).
