We were very pleased with both our room and the beautiful view it offered. Every staff member we interacted with was respectful, disciplined, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to the airport at guests’ preferred times, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. Overall, our stay at Haile Grand was exceptional. We felt well taken care of from start to finish and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and great service"
