Breakfast was minimal. Coffee was terrible room smelled like it needed the ac to be cleaned and water damage in bathroom ceiling attributing to that smell. Staff was extremely pleasant. Hallways smelled like animals were peeing in them.

The room was clean. I liked the motion sensored lights in the bathroom and under the bed. Made moving around at night easy without waking my husband. The breakfast was phenomenal. I had the banana pancakes with pecans and rum sauce.

Love Zaza and this visit did not disappoint. They had good foam pillows and allergy free bedding which can be hard to find at hotels. The water pressure was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. The service was great too. Will definitely return.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
