"Toilet was screaming every time you flushed it the hot tub didn't work at first they did fix that there was spiders in the shower I also had to wipe the soap scum out of the shower before I could use it there was a RV trailer plugged into the building right up against the building that had people wandering around all night long on top of that there was somebody's Chihuahua running around peeing on everyone's cars and cause problems for my service animal I did think this was a nicer property and nice staff things need to be fixed and I really wasn't okay with this day I left early instead of checking out this morning I checked out last night because of all of this"
"Excellent location downtown within walking distance of restaurants. We have a small dog and staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable."
"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but lacks warmth. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Toasts were burnt and food was ok yet pricey. "
"The breakfast menu was good. I missed the eggs though.
Parking was great.
The staff was very accommodating and was able to answer any questions that we had.
Mostly booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and was pleasantly surprised with our entire stay."
"Going downhill. I’ve stayed here many times. This last stay was a low point. The toilet plumbing ran intermittently thru our stay and disrupted our sleep. There were hairs and mold in our shower and the hotel did not provide housekeeping service yet they requested tips for the housekeepers. If a hotel is not going to provide a standard service unless you ask for it, they should tell you at check in. "
"Great location - easy to access all areas of Walla Walla within minutes. Outdoor patio was beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was super - lots of options. "
