We rented one of the rooms with a full kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. It was fantastic. My family felt like we were separate yet connected to the hotel. Waves Hotel NYE Beach - Newport OR
Bedding was torn. Room smelled bad. Electronics was defective. And it is Motel, not a Hotel.

Hallmark Resort - Newport
The ocean view was great ,the hot tub filled up fast and the water was hot. The suite was clean and very comfortable. .the staff was very friendly. My husband and I are planning a trip back there next year and plan on staying here at The Hallmark Resort.
