"Apparently the usual process is to receive a lock box code which gives access to the room key. This didn't happen and although there was someone in the restaurant on the ground floor, waiting for others (it turned out) to make the place ready for service, he just shouted at me through a locked (glazed )door, then ignored me. "A very comfortable stay. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed. There was a coffee making machine in the room along with a kettle. Iron and ironing board available with bathrobe and slippers. There was also a safe and mini fridge with 4 complimentary drinks. Check in was easy and edgy. Breakfast was exception a wide variety of items from a hot to a cold buffet. The hotel is ideally situated.. only 5mins on the bus: tram to the main station and walking distance to the main shopping street."

"This is a great hotel. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Hotel staff are wonderful. Breakfast is a bit pricey but of high quality with excellent selections. The gym is clean, well equipped and well maintained. It could have a few more lower body weight machines, but for those preferring cardio and free weights it’s perfect. We will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Very quiet but effective air conditioning which was essential during a heatwave. Only criticism was that on looking where the hotel is it looked like the tram was very close but there have been very long running roadworks one the bridge which made it a longer walk to the tram."

"Amazingly large rooms with incredible full wall length windows for great views. The rooms were extremely new and modern. There were power blinds inside the windows. The shower had a rain fall head and was large. They provided bathrobes. It felt truly luxurious. The beds were soft and the most comfortable ones we had during our whole vacation at multiple hotels. The location was right next to the train station which is nice for transporting luggage and it wasn't ran-down dirty like areas next to train stations can be. The breakfast was incredible. It's on the top floor of the hotel and you can see the whole city. Excellent way to start your day. The only negative is that we tired every switch and button in the room and couldn't figure out a way to adjust the a/c - heat- fan for the room climate."
