"Staff was very friendly. My daughter accidentally left her airpods and didnt realize til we were at the airport. She emailed the facility, they found them and offered to hold them and provided a delivery service where she was able to have them arranged to mail back to the states. It was very much appreciated!"

"The staff was supper helpful and friendly since day one. The rooms are big and spacious. The views from the balcony are breath taking. I would definitely stay there again. "Wow! We have nothing negative to say about this hotel! Firstly, staff are amazingly friendly, welcoming any helpful. The building is modern light and airy with pleasing decor. The room was same, perfectly comfortable and had everything we needed, plus a fantastic shower and the room was so quiet we felt like we were the only people staying there, no noise from outside despite being by the train station and great aircon! Some other great facilities are there are coffee machines serving good coffee and various tea bags all on a help yourself unlimited basis!!!! Amazing 😃 and a cold water dispenser!! Also a bar open serving drinks and local beers. We didn’t have time for breakfast as moving on early but it looked good. All in all this is the best hotel we have stayed in so far on our European🏍️ tour, and Namur by the way was also nice, take a walk down by the river. "

"Lovely room in converted buildings. Danielle is a helpful host. When we arrived, our two dogs were not allowed to stay with us in the room or allowed into property. We had communicated they were travelling too but received no message back to say dogs were not permitted. The owner found them a stable to sleep in. Simple breakfast available, overpriced for what it was, but tasty enough. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space. "
