Breakfast is brought to your room as there is no dining room or restaurant, it’s a large picnic basket that had everything that we could have wanted (breads, warm egg, warm pancakes, Jams , Orange juice, bananas). "I have travelled extensively never ever have l been told on day it was 34c the Air Conditioning was broken in our room that they had no other accommodation as hotel was booked. I explained l booked this hotel because of the air conditioning six months prior to coming due fact l have a lung disease. I was then told 15 minutes later that they did have another room two rooms down and we could move to this room reassured the A/C worked. The room was not clean the shower still had the shampoo from...
