"The hotel has beautiful views! The walking trails off the playground and golf course are super kid friendly. The restaurant does offer a buffet breakfast or à la carte. Heated outdoor pool with swim out section was a hit for the kids. Although I didn’t think it was warm enough… rooms are pretty spacious and well maintained."

"Our Tyrol room was excellent - comfortable, spacious and quiet. Nice wood-burning fireplace, balcony overlooking hills, and jetted bathtub. And outside activities such as hiking trails. We had 2 small issues: (1) Internet was weak enough that we couldn’t stream our tv shows. (2) Restaurants: the dining room and Lounge in the hotel had slow service - for example after waiting 15+ min I had to ask - not once but twice - for water refill, and for the sodas we had ordered that never came. And the Kaffeehaus down the road always had a full parking lot and a long line. Since the hotel is isolated, good restaurants are important."

"The hotel was ok and the staff were friendly. It was run down and there was hair from previous customers in the sheets. The pillows were nearly non existent in the pillow covers. We asked for more pillows and they said they would look for some, but never heard back from them. Overall, I would stay here again in a pinch… but it was not worth the cost. They could do better."

"The place is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The home made cookies and coffee bar are delicious and a real nice touch. We also were thrilled with the location. There are a lot of fun amenities, such as pool and other game options, but not fitness center or work out equipment. The only downside was the number of emailed we received prior to and after our stay."
