"This hotel looks decent from the outside, but the rooms tell a different story. The linens were dirty and had visible stains, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the place feels worn out and could really use a proper refresh. Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing special. It’s the usual hotel spread, very average and nothing to look forward to. We arrived late around 11 pm, and the check-in experience wasn’t great. The only person who greeted us was someone who appeared to be a tradesman. The owners were present but just stared, and the front desk staff didn’t even acknowledge or welcome us. It left a pretty poor first impression."

"There are alot of choices on this strip and this is not a great one. Most of my issues were socially force Majure in the fact during my stay the party next door, the parking lot hangouts and police presence as a result of some shenanigans or another all led to me checking out after one night and staying somewhere else down the road. The room itself was clean linen wise. I had to hold down the lever for the toilet to flush fully. I realize it is indeed a long trip to Washington but still. Some had likely long stolen the one piece of hotel stock art you get as its lonely nail remained. The fridge was unplugged along with the tv when i got there. The fridge worked but made a noise. I found some comfort in that since everyone elses comings and goings from 1am to 3am kept waking me up as well. Bathroom pretty clean although the tub was worn and old caulk getting the greyish stains to it. Hot water was great actually even if the bathroom sink was reversed for hot to cold. a/c and heat seemed to work. If there was no where else to go out of the very many selections in this area then i would stay again if i had to. "

"This is an excellent , fairly new property. The only problem with the property itself was the bathroom door which has a glass window, causing light from the bathroom into the bedroom at night. The reason for the negative rating was a "guest" on the 4th floor who could be heard until 3:00 A.M. loudly doing what is presumed to be a podcast in a foreign language. The management made no attempt to stop the noise which annoyed other guests! "
