There needs to be a deep clean on the property in common areas, stair exits need trash emptied. Elevator was filthy. This is not HK problem this is management not prioritizing common areas as needed. Skimping on hrs ect….

Been here 23 of the last 31 years. Came in for bike week. Last 3 years couldn’t park trailer on site. Even mentioned it at the front desk. Woke up Thursday morning to find 3 large bike trailers parked at the property. Was a little disappointed to say the least. But overall great place to stay.
