"Filthy room, incredibly rude staff who are slow to respond to the multitude of issues including broken shower, dirty toilet, disgustingly stinky kettle, very stained sheets. The room wasn’t even ready by 6pm when we tried to check in. The young manager is nice but the others are awful and will give you a terrible attitude when you ask for them to help.
