The fridge is stocked with water and soda free of charge every day, the breakfast is included/very generous brunch buffet. The pool is clean and well maintained. "The view from the hotel great. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. However, the condition of the room was not good. Upon check-in, I saw one of the bedsheets was dirty, so had to request to have it changed. The bathroom was in extremely poor condition. The hot water was not working properly, the shower wouldn't drain, the toilet seat was broken. The room and bathroom needs renovations badly!"

"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the mini bar was filled with drinks/ snacks etc which we were kindly told to use free of charge! The room came with a little balcony overlooking the city which was a nice addition. The hotel staff were very accommodating and welcoming, and happy to help with any requests. There are an array of lovely local restaurants within short walking distance from the hotel so you won't go hungry. Definitely recommend staying here whilst visiting Petra! "
