Déconseille cet hôtel en travaux

Hôtel en travaux pour ne pas dire en total chantier, pas de mesure de sécurité prise pour les clients ni d'information. Personnel non disponible pour la faible clientèle.Odeur de tabac, petit déjeuner non appétissant. Intérieur des chambres correct mais vieillissants et avec une hygiène moyenne. Nous n'étions pas à l'aise dans ce no man's land.... Et désagréable d'être réveillés par le bruit horrible des travaux. Bref ravis d'avoir quitté après 2 nuits.

A FUIR!!

Hôtel vétuste qui ne mérite qu’une étoile, 2 tout au plus ! Personnel inexistant, propreté qui laisse vraiment à désirer ! (Draps tachés non changés sur 3 nuits, baignoire sale...). Sans oublier une odeur d’égout très agréable qui se diffuse dans toute la chambre... De plus, hôtel en travaux (non indiqué!), propreté de la piscine à l’image des chambres... Sans oublier le petit déjeuner qui nous a rendu malade; Bref, l’un des pires établissements que j’ai pu voir ces 10 dernières années

Very functional hotel

Really helpful staff and a great place to visit Petra from. Short journey into Wadi Musa, where the entrance to Petra is. Reasonably basic rooms but provided everything we required for our stay.

Bonjour, Nous avons ete très déçu par l'hôtel Alanbat. Des l'arrivee, le receptionniste nius dit que si nius viulons payer la somme due sur hotel.com nous devons payer en cash sinin il y a une surtaxe qui n'était absolument pas mentionée lors de la réservation. J'ai quand meme payé avec ma carte visa. J'attends de voir quelle somme sera effectivement débité. Ensuite l'odeur dans la chambre etait affreuse, une odeur d'égout qui venait de la salle de bain qui est restée tout le sejour. Les lumières au dessus des lits ne fonctionnaient pas. Wifi quasi innacessible. Enfin la qualité de la restauration tres moyenne, notamment pour le petit dej. Tres déçus oui voire très mecontents, j'aurai voulu ne pas payer, en tout cas pas cette somme.

Bon rapport qualité prix

L'hôtel est situé assez loin de l’entrée du site de Petra. Heureusement que l’hôtel met une navette à disposition le matin pour rejoindre Pétra, sinon c’est 40 min de marche. Le lit était confortable, la chambre spacieuse, la vue agréable. La proximité d’une mosquée devrait vous encourager à prendre des bouchons d’oreilles car le muezzin appelle aussi à la prière la nuit.

The Hotel was very cold and in the restaurant, you had to wear a coat or something to stay warm. Our room was ok and we could keep warm there. Staff was helpfull.

Beskidte håndklæder mødte vi som det første. Dervar plamager af skimmel eller mug i loftet af badeværelset. Værelset med udsigt trængte til renovering og var ikke rent. Hertil kommer, at det var umuligt at opvarme; Vi sov med alt vores tøj på. Morgenmaden var ikke klar klokken seks som lovet og blev forsinket til Petra. Hotellet ligger et godt stykke fra hovedindgang til Petra
