"Amazing hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at this five star resort. Everything is top-notch, the cleanliness, quality, the staff… from the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty. A special, thank you to Abdullah, he has helped me tremendously in everything I have needed, starting from arranging my transportation to and from the hotel(going to different cities etc). Thank you sir Abdullah you have been so kind and what an amazing stay I had because of you. "Super room in old village style, the jacuzzi in the spa was great after trekking through Petra all-day. Breakfast was excellent and included, dinner was extra but also good "

"Staff more interested in their phones than service. Initially gave me a room that was occupied and although I asked twice for my bags, they were not delivered and when they finally were, they were left outside my room. Tiles in the bathroom are very very slippery so always put down a towel on the floor so you don’t break your neck!"

"The biggest reasons for my poor review were that they did not ever clean the room while we were there, despite being asked and that much of what was promised online (rooftop, lobby lounge, satellite tv) were not actually provided. Other than breakfast, it is a bare-basics place. Clean room to start with, not much more."
