"Room was cleaned prior to my arrival. Trash was not emptied. Bed was not made."

"The staff was great but what I didn’t know was they clean their room every three days if you stay more than one night. You will not get clean toilet or your trash remove without asking. I asked for extra toilet the first night and they didn’t have any. So the next day when I returned from my event that was outside, they still didn’t have any clean toilets. My event was a track meet. I had go buy toilet so my kids and myself could shower. I will not be recommending them. The stay made me feel unclean the entire trip."

"No attendee at the front desk, waited waited waited. Bathroom in Lobby was roped off and found to be locked. Rundown w/ cheap remodeling effort to cover it up. We left w/o checking in because the torture of staying there was worse than the loss of money spent. In a word: (see below). YUK !"

"We arrived at the normal check in time. After getting to our room we discovered that the room we were given was not the room that we booked through hotels.com. We were then informed that hotels sent it over incorrectly. After talking to hotels.com we discovered that it was. The hotel over booked rooms. Key is we were NOT the only family affected like this. There were 3 other families in the lobby with me with the same issue. The hotel did not agree to a partial refund for the inconvenience which is crazy to me. I’m not sure how a hotel over books on one of the busiest weekends all other hotels were booked so we had no other option but to stay but no other accommodations were given but just a suggestion to not book through 3rd party apps."

"Felt the need to Clorox everything. Coffee spills in the bathtub. Two lightbulbs not working. Stains on the comforters. When I pulled the top covers off to get into the bed for the first time, there was either a stain or a huge spill and I couldn’t sleep in that bed."

"Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was very accommodating. We were with a very large group and they put breakfast out early so we could enjoy it. Had somewhere to be at 7am. Breakfast was good to."
